T&Cs
Massages must be used within a maximum of 12 weeks. Massage must be pre-booked and agreed in advance and within a reasonable time of booking the package. If the client is a no show, or cancels within 12 hours of their appointment, a massage will still be deducted as if they had the treatment. Loyalty cards are not valid for the packages.

Couple's massage

Cancellation and rescheduling policy:

If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to the cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of treatment. Rescheduling requests made with less than 12 hours notice may be subject to the cancellation fee of the full of the cost of treatment. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, you will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows will result in a cancellation fee which is equal to the amount of the treatment and will affect your ability to schedule future appointments. Please note that this policy is in place to ensure fairness to both our valued clients and our business.
